Reforming the financial management process of economic systems

The study and development of any management process within the framework of economic systems of the «organization» type in order to improve its activities is an urgent topic. The study of the current state of the financial management process makes it possible to identify contradictions and shortcomings that require attention to existing problems for subsequent elimination. The composition and content of new management subprocesses for structural updating and improving the quality of the organization's financial management process have been identified. Decision-making methods are proposed that determine the support of new management subprocesses and their functional tasks to improve the quality of management in the basic organization.
