Состояние и перспективы роста предпринимательского инсорсинга в секторе информационных технологий

В статье проводится анализ исторического развития, текущего состояния и перспектив развития инсорсинга в сфере информационных технологий. Выделены основные предпосылки для возникновения подобного понятия в рыночной экономике России, обозначены основные цели выведения ИТ-компетенций в отдельные коммерческие компании внутри холдингов и корпораций и для целей материнского бизнеса. Рассматриваются ключевые этапы эволюции стратегии наращивая внутренней ИТ-компетенции, начиная с середины 20-го века. Выделены факторы, которые повлияли на рост количества инсорсиновых компаний в разные этапы развития этого направления, обозначена зависимость доли инсорсингового бизнеса от меняющихся целей и приоритетов цифровой трансформации в России. Особое внимание уделяется анализу текущего состояния, доли присутствия инсорсинговых компаний на рынке, динамике развития в последние годы. Выделяется роль этого подхода в контексте глобальных экономических и технологических изменений и трендов в перспективе 3-5 лет, с особым вниманием к их развитию в России и влиянию на цифровую трансформацию и инновации.

Status and prospects for the growth of entrepreneurial insourcing in the information technology sector
The article conducts an analysis of the historical development, current state, and prospects of insourcing in the field of information technology. The main prerequisites for the emergence of such a concept in the Russian market economy are identified, outlining the primary objectives of outsourcing IT competencies to individual commercial companies within holdings and corporations, as well as for the purposes of the parent business. Key stages in the evolution of the strategy for building internal IT competencies are examined, starting from the mid-20th century. Factors influencing the growth of insourcing companies at different stages of this direction's development are highlighted, and the dependence of the share of insourcing business on changing goals and priorities of digital transformation in Russia is indicated. Special attention is given to the analysis of the current state, the share of insourcing companies in the market, and the development dynamics in recent years. The role of this approach is emphasized in the context of global economic and technological changes and trends over the next 3-5 years, with a particular focus on their development in Russia and their impact on digital transformation and innovation.
