The paper is aimed at displaying paradox as the multifunction means for revealing the author's perception of the world. Paradox can appear as the dominant of the text or the scheme for the organization of the whole text and as the detail that helps the author forming the definite affect. Creation of paradox is based upon two representatives of the scheme «author - recipient» and their capability to rebuild the broken logical chains. The interdisciplinary format of the paradox researching is concerned with the aim of its whole understanding as the unit of sense creation.

Специфика парадокса в художественной литературе
Статья посвящена анализу парадокса как мультифункционального лингвостилистического средства, позволяющего проявить авторское мировосприятие. Парадокс может выступать как доминанта текста, стать схемой для построения всего произведения или быть деталью, позволяющей автору создавать определенный эффект. Определяется схема создания парадокса и объясняется выбор междисциплинарного подхода к изучению парадокса как единиц смыслообразования
