Статья посвящена анализу статуса субъекта права. В статье рассматриваются различные интерпретации определения понятия «статус субъекта права», его роль и значение в современном правовом обществе. В работе затрагивается тема влияния статуса субъекта права на правовые отношения, защиту прав и обязанностей граждан, а также формирование юридической культуры. Цель - проанализировать различные подходы к определению понятия субъект права, статусу субъекта права, их основные тенденции и перспективы развития. Метод или методология проведения работы: в статье использовались дедуктивные и индуктивные методы исследования, а также анализ, обобщение и синтез.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal entity's status. The article examines various interpretations of the definition of the concept of «the status of a legal entity», its role and significance in modern legal society. The work touches upon the topic of the influence of the status of a legal entity on legal relations, the protection of the rights and obligations of citizens, as well as the formation of a legal culture. The purpose is to analyze various approaches to the definition of the concept of a legal entity, the status of a legal entity, their main trends and development prospects. Method or methodology of the work: The article used deductive and inductive research methods, as well as analysis, generalization and synthesis.
