Цель обзора литературы - анализ влияния различных эндогенных факторов роста на стимуляцию ангиогенеза. Рассмотрены вопросы регулирования процесса неоваскулогенеза в организме. Подобно рассмотрены: сосудистый эндотелиальный фактор роста (VEGF), фактор роста фибробластов (FGF), трансформирующий фактор роста (TGFp), фактор роста гепатоцитов (HGF), урокиназа. Подчеркнута роль витаминов в неоангиогенезе. Приведены исследования по применению факторов стимуляции ангиогенеза в клинической практике - «терапевтический ангиогенез».
