This article discusses the main benefits of using the quality management system (QMS) of process management at the enterprise Linde Gas Kazakhstan LLP, on which the quality of the products and services depends on the successful implementation and use of the QMS, which is aimed at improving the efficiency of the enterprise.

During formation of the market relations for successful business was to deliver to consumers best-selling products enough, without paying special attention to control of its quality. But lately competition level considerably increased, and the market purchased the main civilized lines. Now suppliers of goods and services in fight for the client are obliged to follow the certain rules adopted around the world which include, in addition, and permanent monitoring of process of production of products and services regarding the invariance of their quality.

TOO «Linde Gaz Kazakhstan» is a part of the leading global manufacturer and the supplier in the field of industrial gases and engineering, the international Linde Group created in 1878 by Karl von Linde. Providing a full range of gases for all industries and giving support to consumers of the products [1], originally the group allocated for itself the most optimum and real way – stable quality which allows to strength consumer confidence to goods in the market of services.

Today the concept "quality" purchased broader value, "quality" is, first of all, that degree of consumer satisfaction which he receives from a stable set of the expected characteristics of goods/services; the service level by sale/delivery and an after-sale service; opportunities to have an impact on product characteristics and interaction between the consumer and the manufacturing enterprise.

One of the main elements of strategy of improvement of quality of goods/services in TOO «Linde Gaz Kazakhstan» is the quality management system which is under construction on the basis of the international standards ISO 9000, 9001 [2].

The Quality Management System (QMS) is a management system aspects of activity of the enterprise [3] which directly or indirectly affect quality (consumer satisfaction) as it is a guarantor of stability of activity of TOO "Linde Gaz Kazakhstan" and gives confidence to the enterprise, creating thereby trust to it from consumers. Consumers are sure that the enterprise can deliver the products which are completely conforming to requirements of the customer.

In market conditions and the competition developed countries of the world perceive high quality as a strategic commercial imperative and the most significant source of a national wealth. The quality in many respects defines prestige not only the states, but also firms of the producer and also forms a basis for requirements satisfaction of each person and society in general, is the most important component of competitiveness. Only on its basis the enterprise can survive in the conditions of the competition and get necessary profit therefore the fact that activities for increase and quality assurance in the conditions of the market relations have to be priority [4] is represented quite objective.

For achievement of the goals in the field of quality TOO «Linde Gaz Kazakhstan» has:

  • -    human resources (the personnel of divisions which are picked up and prepared according to the required qualification);

  • -    infrastructure (buildings, working space and related labor instruments, equipment for production processes, technical and software, transport and communication);

  • -    power, thermal and electrical networks, industrial ventilation;

  • -    production environment;

  • -    financial resources;

  • -    necessary material resources.

All processes of lifecycle of TOO «Linde Gaz Kazakhstan» are provided with management of resources (through measurement, the analysis and improvements of SMK) in which the following processes function:

  • -    determination of requirements to products;

  • -    purchases of material resources for ensuring production;

  • -    providing with technology;

  • -    production on repartitions;

  • -    monitoring procedure and tests;

  • -    shipment and delivery of products to the consumer.

The basic reasons defining need of increase and quality assurance:

  • -    significant continuous increase of personal, production and public needs;

  • - increase of a role and rates of scientific and technical process in development of science, the equipment, production, economy and all international community;

  • -    improvement of services, designs of products and increase in the importance of the carried-out functions;

  • -    growth in volumes of production and the rendered services and, as a result, possible growth of cost of marriage and claims;

  • -    unacceptance consumers of products and services with rather low quality level;

  • -    toughening of requirements to an intensification of production and to increase in its efficiency as necessary factor of safe existence of the enterprises. Along with the listed reasons it should be noted also strengthening of the competition in the world markets.

Except the above it is impossible to forget about the main benefits of TOO «Linde Gaz Kazakhstan» from introduction and use in the activity SMK on the basis of ISO 9000.9001 and certification:

  • 1.    Receiving a benefit before competitors with participation in tenders.

  • 2.    The compulsory provision for obtaining the state, military or any other order which is financed from the budget of the country or the city.

  • 3.    Simplification and reduction in cost of process of obtaining licenses or permissions.

  • 4.    Increase in image of the company in the opinion of foreign and Russian partners, investors.

  • 5.    Decrease in unproductive costs.

  • 6.    Improvement of quality of products/services.

  • 7.    Improvement of a management system and increase in its efficiency.

  • 8.    Increase in responsibility and discipline of personnel.

  • 9.    Increase in image of the organization in the region and the industry that is very important for presence in the market in the forefront.

Summing up the result, it is possible to note that in modern conditions determination of quality does not become isolated on parameters of the made products, and for its effective competition it is already just not enough. Therefore at observance of regulations of quality of products/services, knowing stages of introduction and improvement of SMK, considering its insignificant minuses, it is possible to improve any enterprise, to offer quality goods / services on the market, to provide consumer satisfaction and to compete with many large producer companies as «quality» of products and services has to be and is the main thing in everything.
