Об актуальности темы исследования свидетельствуют такие факторы, как нехватка работников по разным причинам: демографические, которые приводят к снижению численности работоспособного населения, мобилизация в связи с проведением специальной военной операции, релокация - выезд в другие страны некоторых работников из-за возможной их мобилизации, переход работников в оборонную промышленность, уменьшение количества приезжающих трудовых мигрантов. Целью статьи является анализ ситуации в сфере занятости на российском рынке труда, объектом исследования - занятые российские граждане, методами исследования - статистический метод, сравнение, анализ и синтез, дедукция и индукция.

Employed population in the Russian labor market

He relevance of the research topic is evidenced by such factors as a shortage of workers for various reasons: demographic, which lead to a decrease in the working-age population, mobilization in connection with a special military operation, relocation - the departure of some workers to other countries due to their possible mobilization, the transfer of workers to the defense industry, a decrease in the number of incoming labor migrants. The purpose of the article is to analyze the situation in the field of employment in the Russian labor market, the object of research is employed Russian citizens, the research methods are the statistical method, comparison, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction. Outcomes. In the course of the study, official statistical data on the employment of the Russian population were widely used. The dynamics of the level of employment, the total number of employed population, employed workers by types of economic activity, created and eliminated jobs, the need of organizations for employees to fill vacant jobs, the number of employed employees by groups of occupations at the main job, part-time workers, self-employed are shown. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the employment of graduates of educational organizations, the correspondence of the work of employed graduates to the received specialty, qualifications, the importance of targeted training in educational organizations for the employment of graduates. The main conclusion is that in order to meet the needs of the economy and the social sphere in employed workers, it is necessary to increase labor productivity, introduce modern equipment and technologies, artificial intelligence, and increase wages for employees. In the literature review, it can be noted that many works have been published, in which an analysis of topical problems of the labor market, labor force, and employment in Russia is given. Among them, it is worth noting publications on the problems of labor resources, all-Russian and regional labor markets, employment at the federal and regional levels, labor market regulation, state employment policy, training of personnel for the labor market, the impact of migration on the labor market, legal regulation of the labor market, employment, incomes of the employed population, and self-employment.
