Актуальность. Несмотря на существование общепризнанной концепции юридической ответственности, представляется необходимым проанализировать в настоящей статье активное развитие и преобразование общественных явлений и процессов, обусловливающих появление новых форм и видов юридической ответственности, изменение подхода к отдельным составляющим рассматриваемого института.

The importance and development trends of legal responsibility in the russian legal system
Relevance. Despite the existence of a generally accepted concept of legal responsibility, it seems necessary to analyze in this article the active development and transformation of social phenomena and processes that lead to the emergence of new forms and types of legal responsibility, a change in approach to individual components of the institution in question. Research objectives. To determine the practical significance and development trends of legal responsibility in modern Russia. Comprehensively characterize legal responsibility as a type of social responsibility and determine the importance of the institution for the Russian legal system; formulate the main trends and directions of development of the institution in question in Russia.
