Актуальность. Вопрос кардинального обновления подходов миграционной политики государства (особенно социального) требует решения с учетом всех механизмов государственных и общественных структур, купируя риски и рецидивы незаконной миграции в полном объеме. В статье раскрывается основная концепция природы миграционной политики России как социального государства. При этом затрагивается вопрос обеспечения правовой культуры мигрантов в российском обществе при создании условий адаптации и интеграции в социальном государстве.

Actual issues of social state migration policy: concept, institutional structures, and implementation
Relevance. The issue of radically updating the approaches of the state's migration policy (especially social policy) requires a solution taking into account all the mechanisms of state and public structures, stopping the risks and relapses of illegal migration in full. The article reveals the basic concept of the nature of Russia's migration policy as a welfare state. At the same time, the issue of ensuring the legal culture of migrants in Russian society while creating conditions for adaptation and integration in a welfare state is raised. Object. To identify the problems of implementing migration policy in a modern welfare state. Research objectives. The authors are tasked with conducting a comprehensive legal analysis of the basic elements of the state migration policy under conditions of interaction between state institutions with an emphasis on legal aspects and problems of developing legal mechanisms in the process of implementing measures of institutional structures.
