The article is dedicated to the analysis of best project management practices aimed at improving efficiency and reducing risks in construction. The study examines both traditional and innovative approaches, including Agile, Lean Construction methodologies, and the use of digital technologies such as BIM and Internet of Things (IoT). Emphasis is placed on integrating these methods into the construction project management process, which helps minimize errors, improve coordination, and enhance overall efficiency. The article highlights the importance of adopting flexible methodologies to adapt to changes and optimize resources.
