Представлены результаты анализа изучения автоматизированных режимов, применяемых в услугах межбиблиотечного абонемента и доставки документов (МБА и ДД), которые называют совместным использованием ресурсов в зарубежных странах. Выявлены функциональные возможности автоматизированных систем, обеспечивающих управление процессами межбиблиотечного обмена документами по заказам пользователей. Приведены новые сведения об услугах, которые предлагаются локальным и удаленным пользователям для доступа к документам, хранящимся в различных коллекциях, и передаваемых по коммуникационным каналам. Освещены новаторские подходы, затрагивающие управление заказами МБА, обмен информацией между заказчиками и исполнителями услуг, оформление закупок изданий по заказам пользователей, получение электронных файлов индивидуальными заказчиками, а также доставку физических изданий. Автоматизированные режимы МБА и ДД создают комфортные условия по оперативному доступу и получению диверсифицированных услуг, поэтому рассматриваются как сервисный компонент для пользователей. Автор публикации обобщил материал из зарубежных источников информации, который, возможно, послужит стимулом при совершенствовании российских АС МБА и ДД, запрограммированных на новые сервисы пользователям.

Automated modes as a service component for users of resources sharing
The results of the analysis of the automated modes used in the services of interlibrary loan and document delivery (ILL and DD), which are called the resources sharing in foreign countries, are presented. The functionality of automated systems that provide management of the processes of interlibrary exchange of documents by orders of users identified. New information about the services offered to local and remote users to provide access to documents stored in various collections and transmitted through communication channels, is presented. It highlighted innovative approaches affecting the management of ILL orders, exchange of information between customers and service providers, purchase of publications on the orders of users, receipt of electronic files by individual customers, as well as delivery of physical publication. Automated modes of ILL and DD create comfortable conditions for operational access and receipt of diversified services, which from the point of view of the service component for users are considered. The author of the publication summarized the material from foreign sources of information, which may serve as an incentive in improving the Russian AS ILL and DD, programmed for new services to users.
