The article presents data reflecting the content of the different classes of antibodies in the mucosa of the duodenum 12 lambs early. In the mucosa of the duodenum of adult sheep and lambs early childhood (1-60 days) content and accumulation of immunoglobulin’s vary, indicating different levels of security and functionality of the structures of the preventable biotope of the digestive system of the lambs during early ontogenesis.

Текст научной статьи Dynamics of immunoglobulin’s in the mucosa of the duodenum lambs in early postnatal ontogenesis
In recent decades, in the natural habitat of animals and humans, significant changes have occurred. Increasing impact on animals of a number of factors such as toxic substances, ionizing radiation, pollution, environmentally harmful components that cause the inevitable restructuring of individual systems and the entire organism as a whole. Digestive system and separate its biotopes, also respond to the nature of environmental change [1, 3]. The aim of the work was to study the dynamics of antibodies in the mucosa of the duodenum lambs early childhood (1-60 days), as well as in adult sheep 3-5 years.
MATERIALS AND METHODS OF RESEARCH
The content of immunoglobulin classes A, M and G were determined in the mucous membrane of the proximal, medial and distal pants of the duodenum of adult sheep and lambs in different age periods, laboratory of Immunology, Institute of experimental veterinary medicine Alter J.R. Kovalenko, under the direct supervision of the head of the laboratory, Associate Professor Ezdakovoj I.Y. To perform these studies carried out the slaughter of experimental sheep 3-5 years of age and lambs at the age of 1, 7, 15, 30, 60 days for the five animals per age period. Slaughter of the sheep by total emasculation via a needle large diameter (3mm) introduced in the jagular vein on the right side of the middle third of the neck.
Immunoglobulin’s in the duodenum of animals was determined by the method represented by Y.N. Mas`anovym and S. M. Suleymanov (1991) [2]. Policy framework for the preparation of test material and to determine the level of antibodies were: from the above sections of the bowel mucosa with scraping did square 5 cm2. Then the samples were homogenized for 4-6 minutes until a homogeneous suspension with a ratio of fabric to the physiological solution 1:2. Homogenate was centrifuged in a refrigerated centrifuge at 3 k. rpm for 30 minutes. For definitions of the various class of immunoglobulin’s used nadosadocnuu liquid in which the REED was determined the level of antibodies of different classes. The work of allocating secretory immunoglobulin’s from the intestinal mucosa of animals carried out +2, +4o C. The digital values (mg/ml), according to the recommendations, ware converted at colon square, square centimeter according to the formula:
X= A*n/S, where X – is a value in mkg/cm2, A – results of REED in mg/ml, n – is the total sample volume, S- scraping in cm2.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Found in the mucosa of the duodenum of adult sheep class G antibodies are found in greatest number, the mean values of the immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin on the smallest and class M. In the mucosa of the duodenum and the distribution of the ratio of lambs of different classes of immunoglobulin’s against each other has changed with age. So, lambs aged one and sever days of immunoglobulin’s G quantitatively superior to other classes and were within the 478.4±19.1 – 403.2±44.8 mkg/cm2. The average values were immunoglobulin’s M and the minimum for class A.
Found that in the months of age animals largest values occur in the content of immunoglobulin’s class and class M antibodies, occupied an intermediate position, and G the content was lowest. At two months of age the lambs in the mucosa of the duodenum the distribution of different classes of immunoglobulin’s in relation to one another corresponds to tridcatisutocnym animals. However, the sestidesatisutocnyh lambs concentration of immunoglobulin M closest to the similar class 379.5±27.4 in sheep and 313.5±28.4 mkg/cm2, respectively. The content of immunoglobulin G lambs that age at 93.4% lower than that of adult animals, on 21.6% over same class sheep 3-5 years.

Comparing content and dynamics of different classes of antibodies in the mucosa of the duodenum of adult sheep and lambs, not difficult to install, similar classes of immunoglobulin’s in adult animals and lambs early childhood vary in their size and distribution. In particular, the level of immunoglobulin’s G and M classes in the mucosa of the intestine of lambs was high in molozivnyj and dairy animal feeding periods, while in the mucosa of the duodenum sheep 3-5 years of age, the lowest in its content. At 30 and 60-day animals in the mucosa of the duodenum of immunoglobulin and antibody content exceeded classes G and M.
CONCLUSION
Thus, in the mucosa of the duodenum of adult sheep and lambs early childhood (1-60 days) content and accumulation of immunoglobulin’s vary, indicating different levels of security and functionality of the structures of the preventable biotope of the digestive system of the lambs during early ontogenesis.
