The article encompasses the linguistic and translational analysis of accounting-auditing terminology in the English and Uzbek languages. The functional-semantic, derivational characteristics of the accounting-auditing terms in the two languages analyzed through morphological, semantics and translational prospectus. The translational approach in full context, equivalence / non-equivalence issues have been touched on.

Acquerer’s stock price dynamics around M&A announcement: airline company case

Merger and Acquisition, as consolidation tools, are experiencing a high demand in business world. Companies merge in order to obtain synergies and generate shareholders value. However, there are losers in M&A deals. While target companies gain positive returns and additional shareholders value, acquirers usually suffer losses or nearly zero returns. In this article I have looked at M&A deal from the acquirer company side and showed that positive returns may be generated by acquirer, too. As an example of such deal I have taken acquisition of AirTran Holdings Co (U.S.) by Southwest Airlines Co (U.S.) which was announced on 27. 09. 2010.

The problem of committing administrative offenses has been very topical throughout the entire period of human society. It remains the same today. Moreover, this problem does not lose its significance in any formation and system. The truth is, there have always been offenses. They still exist today. In an environment where the stability of society is so relative, the problems of managing social processes using economic and financial methods arise, and the eyes of some Russians involuntarily turn to the army. The army is a political tool; it cannot be outside the political process, which is constantly influencing it directly and indirectly. As long as there is instability in society and there is a risk of territorial disintegration, the army will be a state tool to maintain the integrity of the country. Army and politics are closely intertwined. The responsibility of the military is very important in maintaining public order.
