In the processing branches of the agro - industrial complex, at the sewing enterprises, disc knives are used shyly. The main advantages of circular knives are their comparative simplicity of design and ease of use. Circular knives provide high-quality material processing due to high cutting speeds. Knives of this shape are convenient for sharpening and sanitizing directly in the machine.
