This article examines the main provisions in the management and control of investment activities in the agricultural sector of the economy. The authors describe the experience of leading agrarian countries in the issue of state regulation of investment activity. The results obtained made it possible to formulate a number of proposals for improving the efficiency of management of investment activities in agriculture.
