В данной работе проведен анализ литературных сведений о применении в практике растений рода Filipendula в качестве компонента питания и перспективном источнике биологически активных веществ. Для иммуномодулирующего действия используются преимущественно цветки и листья лабазника, которые продемонстрировали существенный эффект на многочисленных моделях in vitro и in vivo. К числу заболеваний, при которых наиболее часто используют иммуномодулирующие свойства растений рода Filipendula, относят воспалительные процессы верхних дыхательных путей, ряд воспалительных нарушений кожного покрова, а также в качестве потогонного и спазмолитическое средства, при бронхиальной астме и др. Анализ литературных данных позволяет заключить, что эти растения оказывают благотворное влияние на здоровье человека, как индивидуально, так и в качестве компонента пищи, благодаря их уникальным фитохимическим профилям.
