Инновационная политика в сфере государственного управления

В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты инновационного процесса в современном государственном управлении и проблемы, связанные с актуальностью внедрения инновационных методов для развития и совершенствования государственного управления. Цель статьи - выявить причины, способствующие инновационной политике государства и определить основные тенденции актуализации инновационных процессов в государственном управлении РФ. В статье используются следующие научные методы: общенаучный метод, конструктивный метод, функциональный метод. Результаты исследования позволяют сделать вывод, что инновационная политика связана с фундаментальными и прикладными исследованиями в области новых изобретений или экспериментально-технических работ. Инновационная политика может быть реализована и в сфере государственного управления. Автор статьи делает вывод о том, что использование инноваций в системе федерального, регионального и муниципального управления позволяет снизить бюрократическую нагрузку на население, оперативно решать насущные вопросы, волнующие граждан страны, и расширить сферу взаимодействия между управленческими структурами государства и обществом.

Innovation policy in public administration
This article considers theoretical and practical aspects of the innovation process in modern public administration and the problems associated with the relevance of the implementation of innovative methods for the development and improvement of public administration. The purpose of the article is to identify the reasons contributing to the innovative policy of the state and to determine the main trends of actualization of innovation processes in public administration of the Russian Federation. The article uses the following scientific methods: general scientific method, constructive method, functional method. The results of the study allow us to conclude that innovation policy is associated with fundamental and applied research in the field of new inventions or experimental-technical work. Innovation policy can also be realized in the sphere of public administration. The author of the article concludes that the use of innovations in the system of federal, regional and municipal governance allows to reduce the bureaucratic burden on the population, to promptly solve urgent issues of concern to the citizens of the country, and to expand the scope of interaction between the management structures of the state and society.
