Laser induced autofluorescence of normal and metaplastic epithelium of esophagogastric transition at gastroesophageal reflux disease

In vivo autofluorescence of normal and metaplastic epithelium of esophagogastric transition in patients with reflux-esophagitis was studied by local fluorescence spectroscopy under 532 nm excitation. It was shown that application of in vivo local fluorescence spectroscopy during gastroesophagoscopy makes it possible to improve a quality of diagnostics of Barrett's esophagus. Исследование возможностей лазер-индуцированной аутофлуоресценции в диагностике пищевода Барретта

Методом локальной флуоресцентной спектроскопии in vivo проведены измерения и анализ спектров лазер-индуцированной аутофлуоресценции нормального и метаплазированного эпителия пищеводно-желудочного перехода у больных гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью. Показано, что применение локальной флуоресцентной спектроскопии в ходе гастроэзофагоскопии способствует повышению качества диагностики пищевода Барретта.
