State support for exports in industry: China’s experience

The intensification of foreign economic activity, of course, is one of the most important factors in the development of the country's economy, increasing its efficiency and competitiveness. The development of the export potential of industry, which allows to increase the volume and form a balanced commodity structure of exports, belongs to the key areas of the strategy of economic development. The article analyzes the Chinese experience of state support for the export of industrial products. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals and recommendations for the further development of industrial exports in the country based on the analysis. The methods of comparative analysis, grouping and synthesis were used in the study.

Structural potential of small business: trends and development vectors

The article is devoted to the role of small business in the modern economy. Its significant advantages are indicated (innovative orientation, availability of promising projects, high social significance, mobility to changes in the external and internal environment). The purpose of the article is to develop a methodological basis for the formation of a new business structure and small business competitiveness management, taking into account the integration of various institutions of a market economy. The structural potential of small business is analyzed, the factors of innovation and investment activity of the business are assessed, the development problems of this sector of the economy are identified. Highlighted unsolved problems of small business by type of economic activity. The study of small business development trends allowed identifying the reasons that constrain the interaction of these subjects with big business. The paper uses methods of statistical analysis. The dynamics of indicators reflecting the development of small business for most types of economic activity in the region is shown, a range of problems of the implementation of the structural potential is identified, the most significant ones are highlighted. The economic potential is considered as a structure of potentials (innovation, investment, financial, territorial).

This study examines the correlation between teachers' welfare policies and career satisfaction through a comparative analysis of China and Kazakhstan, two nations with distinct educational systems. Grounded in Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the research explores how material provisions (e.g., salaries, housing subsidies) and non-material incentives (e.g., professional development, societal recognition) collectively influence teacher satisfaction. China's centralized welfare model emphasizes job security and hierarchical advancement, while Kazakhstan's decentralized, performance-based system prioritizes meritocratic rewards. The findings reveal that while both systems address basic needs, their effectiveness is mediated by cultural and institutional contexts. China's Confucian values bolster intrinsic motivation but may lag in meeting younger educators' evolving expectations, whereas Kazakhstan's reforms face challenges in regional equity and workload management. The study underscores the need for hybrid policies that balance material security with opportunities for professional growth, advocating for cross-national learning to address shared challenges like rural retention and generational gaps.

Study on the path of modernisation of government services — taking Sichuan province as an example

This paper takes Sichuan Province as an example to explore the realisation path of government service modernisation. By analysing Sichuan's practices in the areas of ‘Internet+Government Services’, data sharing and collaborative governance, standardisation and normative construction, and public participation, it summarises its achievements and shortcomings, and proposes a path to optimisation. The study finds that Sichuan province has made significant progress in the digital transformation of government services, but there are still problems such as insufficient data sharing and unbalanced regional development. Finally, the paper puts forward specific suggestions for promoting the modernisation of government services from four dimensions: technology, system, talent and culture.

This article examines the functions of subtitles in intercultural communication based on Chinese cultural short videos. The relevance of the study is determined by the rapid development of digital platforms and the growing role of short videos as a tool for the international dissemination of cultural information. Special attention is paid to the fact that subtitles perform not only a translation function but also an interpretive function. They help overcome language barriers, structure information, explain culturally marked elements and reduce the risk of intercultural misunderstanding. Using video materials about Chinese traditional cuisine, rural life, folk performances and cultural exchange with Kazakhstan as examples, the article shows that subtitles contribute to a more accurate perception of audiovisual texts by foreign audiences. The article concludes that, in the context of the global spread of short videos, subtitles are becoming an important means of intercultural mediation, ensuring the accessibility, informativeness and effectiveness of digital cultural communication.

By three-component condensation of 1-substituted 3-arylpyrazole-4-carbaldehydes, benzyl, and ammonium acetate in the medium of acetic acid 1-substituted 3-aryl-4-(4,5-diphenylimidazol-2-yl)pyrazoles were synthesized, among which the compounds with moderate antimicrobial activity were found.
