Обзор зарубежных исследований по проблеме профессиональных рисков для здоровья медицинских сестер

Статья представляет собой обзор зарубежных публикаций, посвященных исследованию профессиональных рисков для здоровья медицинских сестер. Выявлены основные направления развития научного интереса западных ученых по этому вопросу. Авторы обращаются к основным группам профессиональных рисков для здоровья: биологические, химические, физические и психосоциальные - и анализируют наиболее значимые исследования, посвященные каждой из них. Особое внимание уделяется таким распространенным опасностям, как гепатит В, ВИЧ, туберкулез, цитотоксические лекарственные препараты, анестетики, порезы и уколы иглами, боли в спине и стрессы. Статья содержит рекомендации зарубежных специалистов по снижению профессиональных рисков, оказывающих влияние на здоровье медицинских сестер. В условиях дефицита кадров в данной профессиональной группе исследования профессиональных рисков для здоровья с целью их последующей минимизации могут способствовать повышению престижа профессии медицинской сестры.
