В статье изучаются аспекты мотивации персонала как основой задачи управления и рассматриваются основные проблемы, присутствующие в данном процессе и способы их урегулирования. Забота о мотивации персонала имеет большое значение для долгосрочной устойчивости на рынке. Работодатель должен знать и понимать, что мотивирует его сотрудников работать наилучшим образом и какие проблемы возникают в мотивировании сотрудников, и, что наиболее важно, должен использовать ряд предложения и способов урегулирования для удержания сотрудников.

The main problems of staff motivation
The article examines the aspects of staff motivation as the basis of the management task and examines the main problems present in this process and ways to resolve them. Taking care of staff motivation is of great importance for long-term sustainability in the market. The employer must know and understand what motivates his employees to work in the best way and what problems arise in motivating employees, and, most importantly, must use a few proposals and settlement methods to retain employees.
