В статье показан пример успешного лечения пациента с гигантской внутричерепной гемангиоперицидой. Гемангиоперицитома - это агрессивные опухоли с высокой частотой рецидивов и отдаленных метастазов. Хотя эти опухоли злокачественны, они часто достигают больших размеров с минимальными клиническими проявлениями. Хирургия по-прежнему является основным и первым шагом в лечении этих опухолей.
