The phenomenon of domestic violence against children has spread seriously in Algerian society and in societies of different cultures. The aim of our study is to explore the dimensions of this phenomenon through a sample of children who are victims of domestic violence in our society. The descriptive approach aligns with this objective. The data analyzed included the forms, factors, and manifestations of this phenomenon. The results confirmed various forms of domestic violence against children, primarily physical violence, followed by psychological violence, mainly caused by family-related factors. This violence significantly affects the victims' mental health. Our study contributes to the field by proposing psychotherapy intervention programs to ensure the psychological well-being of these children.
