Перспективы транспортно-логистической деятельности в Республике Таджикистан

Статья посвящена изучению особенностей и отличительных черт функционирования транспортно-логистических систем в странах Центральной Азии. Цель статьи заключается в выявлении проблем и трудностей, которые препятствуют развитию и повышению эффективности транспортно-логистической деятельности в Республике Таджикистан, а также обоснованию перспективных направлений преодоления обозначенных проблем. Основу методологии проведенного исследования составляют принципы, инструменты и приемы научного познания. К наиболее значимым результатам проведенного исследования относится: формализация макроэкономических, с выделением в отдельную группу институциональных и микроэкономических проблем развития транспортно-логистической деятельности в Республике Таджикистан, а также выработка практических рекомендаций, касающихся реализации механизма кластеризации транспортно-логистических предприятий Таджикистана и структуры кластера с описанием составляющих элементов каждого его уровня. Сформулированные в статье предложения представляют определенную ценность для всех уровней транспортной инфраструктуры Таджикистана, ее участников, а также обеспечивающих и обслуживающих ее деятельность институтов.

Prospects of transport and logistics activities in the Republic of Tajikistan
The paper studies the characteristics and distinctive features of the functioning of transport and logistics systems in Central Asian countries. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems and difficulties that hinder the development and efficiency of transport and logistics activities in the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the justification of promising areas to overcome the identified problems. The basis of the methodology of the study is the principles, tools and techniques of scientific knowledge. The most significant results of the study include: the formalization of macroeconomic problems with the identification of a separate group of institutional and microeconomic issues of transport and logistics activities in the Republic of Tajikistan. Also, the results include the development of practical guidance on the application of the clustering mechanism of transport and logistics companies in Tajikistan and the cluster structure with the description of the constituent elements of each of its levels. Proposals formulated in the article are valuable for all levels of the transport infrastructure of Tajikistan, its participants as well as for institutions providing and serving its activities.
