Активизация разработки российскими университетами программ развития приводит к существенным стратегическим преобразованиям их основных характеристик. В статье систематизированы подходы к формированию миссии и ценностей университетов. Показана роль университета при разработке программ развития. Приведены результаты сравнительного анализа содержания программ развития университетов. Рассмотрены стратегические преобразования основных факторов развития университетов России.

Approaches to the formation of the mission and values of Russian universities in the development of development programs
The intensification of the development of development programs by Russian universities leads to significant strategic transformations in their main characteristics. The article systematizes approaches to the formation of the mission and values of universities. The role of the vision of the university in the development of development programs is shown. The results of a comparative analysis of the content of university development programs are presented. The strategic transformations of the main factors in the development of Russian universities are considered.
