В статье рассмотрены программы стратегического планирования Сахалинской области по основным направлениям развития региона, дана оценка финансовых затрат и эффективности выполнения программ. Охарактеризованы проблемы стратегического планирования на уровне региона и сформулированы пути их решения.

Problems strategic planning in the Sakhalin oblast
The article considers the programs of strategic planning of the Sakhalin Oblast on the main directions of the development of the region, estimates the financial costs and the effectiveness of program implementation. The problems of strategic planning at the regional level are characterized and ways of their solution are formulated.
