This article examines the role of psychotherapy in reducing sick leave costs and associated expenses caused by psycho-emotional factors such as stress, depression, and anxiety disorders. The relationships between employees' mental health, their productivity, and the economic burden associated with temporary loss of work ability are explored. Data from scientific studies demonstrating the effectiveness of psychotherapy in the prevention and treatment of mental disorders are analyzed. Successful case studies of companies where psychotherapy helped significantly reduce the number of sick leaves and enhance the economic stability of organizations are discussed.
