Purinergic receptors and tuberculosis: understanding their role in infection and immune response

This article explores the role of purinergic receptors in the immune response to tuberculosis (TB), specifically focusing on the functions of P2X and A2A receptors in regulating inflammation, immune cell activation, and bacterial control during Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. The article discusses how ATP and adenosine, as key purinergic signaling molecules, influence TB pathogenesis, with particular attention to their effects on macrophages, dendritic cells, and the formation of granulomas. Furthermore, it highlights the therapeutic potential of P2X7 antagonists and A2A receptor agonists in modulating the immune response to improve treatment outcomes, particularly in latent tuberculosis. The article also emphasizes the need for further research into the role of purinergic signaling in TB to identify new therapeutic strategies.

Ushbu maqola Qirg‘iz xalq adabiyotidagi tabiat unsurlarining poetik va mifologik talqinini ilmiy asosda tahlil etishga qaratilgan. Tog‘, suv, shamol, yulduz, daraxt, qush kabi tabiat obrazlari xalq og‘zaki ijodida qadimdan badiiy timsollarga aylangan bo‘lib, ular orqali xalqning dunyoqarashi, e’tiqodi va estetik ideallari ifodalanadi. Maqolada ushbu obrazlarning epik dostonlar, rivoyatlar, maqollar va afsonalardagi tasvirlari asosida ularning badiiy-falsafiy mohiyati ochib beriladi. Totemizm, animizm va sinxretik qarashlar kontekstida tabiatning qadrlanishi, u orqali tarbiyaviy va axloqiy g‘oyalarning ifodalanishi ko‘rsatiladi. Ayniqsa, maqollarda keltirilgan tabiatga oid obrazlarning xalq tafakkuridagi o‘rni, ularning milliy xotira va qadriyatlar tizimidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Tahlil davomida qirg‘iz tilidagi maqollar, qadimiy rivoyatlar va dostonlardan olingan misollar asosida dalillar keltiriladi.

Ushbu maqolada qirg‘iz xalq afsonalarida uchraydigan qarg‘ish va duo motivlari mifologik ildizlari hamda poetik ifodasi asosida tahlil etiladi. Qarg‘ish - xalq ongida yomonlik tilash, la’natlash, ko‘pincha jin, arvoh yoki arxetip kuchlar nomidan aytiladigan og‘zaki sehr vositasi sifatida qaraladi. Duo esa - ezgulik, baraka, sog‘lik kabi ijobiy tilaklarni ifodalaydi, u ko‘proq ajdodlarga, tangriga yoki zamin onaga murojaat shaklida bo‘ladi. Maqolada ushbu og‘zaki shakllarning mifologik mazmuni, ularning afsonaviy syujetlarda qanday vazifalarni bajargani, poetik vositalar - metafora, epitet, parallelizm orqali qanday estetik va axloqiy g‘oyalarni yetkazgani ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi.

Maqolada mamlakatimizda qorako‘lchilik tarmog‘ining rivojlanishi va uning qishloq xo‘jaligidagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Qorako‘l mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqarish hajmini oshirish, naslchilik ishlarini takomillashtirish, yaylovlardan samarali foydalanish hamda mahsulotlarni qayta ishlash va eksport qilish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Tarmoqning barqaror rivojlanishi uchun SWOT tahlil asosida ichki va tashqi omillar ko‘rib chiqilib, strategik rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari belgilangan. Tahlil natijasida kuchli tomonlardan samarali foydalanish, zaif tomonlarni bartaraf etish va xatarlarni boshqarish bo‘yicha aniq chora-tadbirlar taklif etilgan. Ushbu yondashuv qorako‘lchilik tarmog‘ini uzoq muddatli barqaror rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishi ta’kidlanadi.

Reflection of universal values in the works of Abu Ali ibn Sina

Ibn Sina was a famous Eastern philosopher and physician who lived between 980 and 1037. Although Ibn Sina is known as a medical scientist, in addition to this characteristic that makes him famous, he also had important ideas on philosophy, metaphysics, and ethics. When Ibn Sina, also known in the West as Avicenna, died in 1037, he left behind a great scientific legacy of great importance to mankind in the fields of logic, mathematics, philosophy, medicine, natural sciences and metaphysics. In this work, Ibn Sina’s views on what values are and what values should be taught are analyzed. In his most famous works such as “Ash-Shifa”, “An-Nejat”, “Al-Isharat wa’t-Tanbihat”, “Danishname-i Alai” and “Al-Qanun fi't-Tibb” (Canon) the reflection of universal values was studied. The obtained results proved that the views of the famous philosopher of the East about values are accepted and promoted as universal values.

Research of the cause of contamination of lubricants used in vehicles

Studies of the contamination of lubricating oils during operation in hot climates and high air dust content show that lubricants are intensively contaminated with mechanical impurities, water, fuel and organic products, which leads to premature aging of the oil. During operation, engine components and parts are contaminated with various deposits. The process of formation of deposits is associated with thermo-oxidative transformations of products of incomplete combustion of fuel and oil components. These transformations take place both in the volume of the oil and in its thin layer on a heated metal surface. The resistance of the oil against oxidation by atmospheric oxygen is one of the most important factors that determine the behavior of the oil in the friction units during operation. We analyzed M-10V2 motor oils and calcium alkyl salicinate additives. After the introduction of such a concentration of the additive into the oil, we observed its dissolution. Studies show that the addition of a 9% additive reduces the process of piston ring wear by 3-4%, as well as an increase in efficiency by 1%, which leads to an increase in engine power by about 4%.

Revision transcanicular laser dacryocystorhinostomy

Background: Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) is a surgical operation performed to treat recurrent dacryostenosis and epiphora in which an anastomosis is created between the lacrimal sac and the nasal cavity. Aims & Objectives: The present study aimed to present the results of revision transcanalicular laser DCR. Methods: The key to successful endoscopic revision surgery is creating an appropriate-sized and accurately positioned nasal ostium and a healthy lacrimal sac mucosa. An appropriate-sized and optimally located nasal ostium ensures complete exposure of the lacrimal sac and intraoperative visual assessment of the common canalicular patency Results: In our study, we analyzed the causes and results of reoperation of 7 patients according to the area of obstruction before the surgery. Six(85,7%) of our patients had complete resolution of epiphora after stent removal, and 1 patient required reoperation after 2 months of follow-up.
