Социальные практики питания детей в эпоху проектного капитализма

В статье анализируется связь между типом капитализма и социальными практиками питания детей. Методологической рамкой анализа служит французская теория экономики конвенций Л. Болтански и Э. Кьяпелло. Утверждается, что на протяжении XIX-XXI вв. происходит переход от домашнего типа капитализма с его культурой домашнего производства и потребления к индустриальному, а затем к проектному, меняющему социальные практики питания детей. Существующие сегодня проблемы со здоровьем у детей, связанные с питанием, являются результатом сформировавшейся потребительской культуры индустриального типа капитализма. В рамках проектного типа капитализма наблюдаются различия в социальных практиках питания детей в семьях разных социальных слоев. Так, средние слои тяготеют к индустриальной культуре питания, слои выше среднего и высшие - преимущественно к домашней, тогда как представители низших слоев демонстрируют черты этих двух культур.
