Современные исследования когнитивного дефицита при аффективных расстройствах: нейропсихологический подход (обзор литературы)

Приводится обзор актуальных исследований по теме когнитивных нарушений при аффективных расстройствах. Выполнен анализ современных эмпирических данных о нарушениях когнитивных функций при биполярном и депрессивном расстройствах, основанных на материалах психометрических и нейровизуализационных методов исследований. Представленный обзор литературных источников позволяет сформулировать обобщенную теоретическую модель формирования когнитивных нарушений - дефицитарность механизмов когнитивно-аффективного контроля, в основе которой лежат нейроанатомические и функциональные изменения корково-подкорковых взаимосвязей с вовлечением фронтальных и лимбических структур.
