SWOT-анализ деятельности самозанятых в условиях трансформации экономики

Актуальность данной публикации заключается в том, что в условиях трансформации экономики происходят качественные преобразования на рынке труда, где самозанятость уже стала важнейшей формой занятости населения. Анализ деятельности самозанятых с помощью SWOT-анализа позволяет выявить сильные и слабые стороны, вызовы и возможности этого сектора занятости, понять их роль в экономике и обществе, выявить факторы, способствующие и препятствующие их развитию, а также определить наиболее эффективные меры поддержки, что позволит создать благоприятные условия для развития самозанятости населения.

Self-employment as a factor of ensuring the economic security of the region
The relevance of this publication lies in the fact that in the conditions of economic transformation there are qualitative transformations in the labor market, where self-employment has already become the most important form of employment. The analysis of the self-employed with the help of SWOT-analysis allows to identify the strengths and weaknesses, challenges and opportunities of this employment sector, to understand their role in the economy and society, to identify the factors that promote and hinder their development, as well as to identify the most effective support measures that will create favorable conditions for the development of self-employment.
