The article devoted to comparison between norms of United Nations Basic Principles on the Role of Lawyers and principles and norms of the legislation regulated the advocacy and bar in Russian Federation. The author`s conclusions from their research are following: without guarantees of independence of judges and advocates, including freely exercise professional duties, and also without executing of principle of separation of powers cannot achieve the task of access to qualified legal assistance. At the duration of their research the author also takes analysis of essence and implementation of international principles on the legal profession, associations of lawyers, their executive bodies, disciplinary practice into the legislation, code of professional ethics and practice of Russian bar and advocacy.

Анализ соответствия адвокатуры в Российской Федерации основным принципам Организации Объединенных Наций, касающимся роли юристов
Статья посвящена сравнению норм Основных принципов ООН, касающихся роли юристов, с принципами и нормами законодательства об адвокатской деятельности и адвокатуре в Российской Федерации. В исследовании автор пришел к следующим выводам: без гарантий независимости судей и адвокатов, включая, в том числе, свободное исполнение профессиональных обязанностей, а также без реализации принципа разделения властей невозможно достичь целей и задач по обеспечению доступа к квалифицированной юридической помощи. В ходе исследования автором был проведен анализ наличия и имплементации международных принципов, касающихся юридической профессии, ассоциаций юристов, их исполнительных органов, дисциплинарной практики, в законодательстве, кодексе профессиональной этики и практике в области адвокатской деятельности и адвокатуры в Российской Федерации.
