Билиарная атрезия - редкое заболевание, этиология которого не до конца изучена. Без своевременной хирургической коррекции приводит к развитию билиарного цирроза печени и летальному исходу на 1-2 годах жизни. Это обусловило необходимость ранней диагностики заболевания. Ни один из методов инструментальной диагностики не обладает 100% специфичностью в определении билиарной атрезии. До настоящего времени у исследователей нет единого мнения о критериях ультразвуковой диагностики данной патологии, не изучены изменения гемодинамики печени у пациентов.

Sonographic diagnostics of biliary atresia in children

Biliary atresia - is a rare disease with largely unclear etiology. It leads do biliary cirrhosis and death during the 1st and the 2d years of life if not treated surgically in time, making the problem of early diagnostics so urgent. No method of instrumental diagnostics has 100% specificity in detection of biliary atresia. Till now the researchers have not joint opinion on criteria of sonographic diagnostics of that disease. Changes of liver hemodynamics in such patients have not been investigated so far.
