Multifunctional coating is a multi-layer structure applied to the surface of an aircraft to protect it from external influences. The main tasks of the multifunctional coating are: restoration of properties, overall dimensions, mass of the surface of the product, which were violated under operating conditions; changing the initial physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the product surface to ensure the specified operating conditions. Today multifunctional coatings based on micro glass spheres with applied tungsten are widely used in aerospace engineering. However, this coating has a number of disadvantages: the coating layers heterogeneity; the composition contains a harmful and dangerous component - a fluorone dye. In this article it is suggested to replace the main component of a multifunctional coating with finely dispersed graphite powder obtained by electrolysis. For this purpose, the equipment based on the principle of a diaphragm electrolyzer was constructed. The main elements of the device are a stainless steel cathode and a graphite anode immersed in an aqueous solution. As a result of anodic processes, a finely dispersed graphite powder was obtained. The average particle size of the resulting graphite particles is 4 microns. This finely dispersed graphite powder can be used as the main component of a multifunctional coating in aircraft, since it has an even homogeneous structure, as well as higher values of the main mechanical properties of a multifunctional coating.

Properties of locally cyclic groups

Locally cyclic group is a group every finite set of elements of which generates a cyclic subgroup. We give examples of periodic locally cyclic groups and locally cyclic torsion-free groups. Properties of locally cyclic groups are studied. A locally cyclic group cannot be mixed, that is, it cannot contain elements of finite and infinite order simultaneously. A locally cyclic group is Abelian. By their properties periodic locally cyclic groups and locally cyclic torsion-free groups are distinguished. The Sylow subgroups of a periodic locally cyclic group are cyclic or quasi-cyclic. A periodic locally cyclic group decomposes into a direct product of Sylow subgroups. By N. F. Sesekin and A. I. Starostin the fol- lowing theorem is proved: a locally finite group, all Sylow p-subgroups of which are quasi-cyclic, is a complete peri- odic locally cyclic group. Here, in addition to this theorem, we consider the structure of a complete periodic locally cyclic group. A complete periodic locally cyclic group decomposes into a direct product of quasi-cyclic subgroups with distinct prime numbers. A complete periodic locally cyclic group is uniquely reconstructed by its lower layer. In this article an example is given of the fact that an arbitrary periodic locally cyclic group is not unique reconstructed by its lower layer. A torsion-free locally cyclic group is isomorphic to a subgroup of the additive group of rational numbers. A periodic locally cyclic group is layer-finite, that is a number of it’s elements of each order is finite. A locally cyclic group can be either a layer-finite or a subgroup of additive groups of rational numbers. The results can be applied when encoding information in space communications.

Properties of quasicrystalline Al-Cu-Fe coatings prepared by plasma spraying

The physical, mechanical, and tribological properties of quasicrystalline coatings based on the Al 65Cu 23Fe 12 alloy prepared by plasma spraying have been investigated. The specific features of the phase formation due to the competitive interactions of the icosahedral ψ and cubic β phases have been elucidated. Сorrelation between the microhardness and the content of the icosahedral phase in the coating has been determined. The decisive role of the quasicrystalline phase in the formation of high tribological characteristics of the coatings has been revealed and tested.

Prospects for creating an aerospace cluster in the east of Russia

The article considers the issue of creating a new Russian aerospace centre in Zabaykalsky region with the participa- tion of the state corporations Roscosmos and Rostec and involving Zabaykalsky region military-industrial complex plants in this process. It is stated in the article that the worsening of the socio-economic situation in Zabaykalsky region is caused by liquidating Zabaykalsky military command region which has resulted in the state defense order being reduced and has counted against machine-building plants of the military-industrial complex. All of this has also resulted in many highly qualified specialists and their families leaving Zabaykalsky region. A proposal to create a new aerospace industry centre in Zabaykalsky region has been made. Creating such a centre will do well to socio-economic development of Zabaykalsky region, because of the centre's becoming part of the aero- space cluster, forming around Vostochny cosmodrome, as well as because of using the advantages of placing aerospace machine plants and aerospace equipment plants in Zabaykalsky region instead of using those ones located in the Euro- pean part of Russia. This will allow the creation of one territory industrial complex of Siberian Region and the Far East Region by organising production aimed at meeting the requirements of Vostochny cosmodrome, as well as Eastern Siberia and the Far East aircraft plants, and exporting goods which are in demand in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. A conclusion is drawn that creating a new aerospace industry centre aimed at producing high-technology products which are in high demand in Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, will contribute to economic, industrial and intellectual development of Zabaykalsky region, and will also improve the economy of Siberian Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District.

Real-time carrier rocket mission control using space relay system

One of the purposes of the multifunctional space relay system “Luch” is telemetry provision for the timely control of launches from the “Vostochniy” spaceport. Launch vehicles and upper stage units have special high-speed and lowspeed relay user equipment for telemetry relaying using the relay system “Luch”. This article is about special programs for processing such kind of telemetry at the Mission Control Centre (MCC) of the federal state unitary enterprise "Central Research Institute for Machine Building" (TsNIIMASH) for mission launch control. These programs are the part of telemetry processing software-hardware system of the MCC. Their purpose is real-time reception, processing and depicting results of processing telemetry data from high-speed and low-speed relay user equipment. This article contains description of the telemetry structure, transmission scheme and description of telemetry reception and processing approach based on the specific characteristics of such kind of telemetry. It contains information about tasks, solved by the MCC telemetry complex for giving timely, objective and correct information about a launch process as well. Created programs, processing algorithms and representation forms of the results of telemetry processing successfully provided missions control of the launches of the spacecraft “Kanopus-V-IK”, “Meteor-M”№2-1 in 2017, “Kanopus-V” №3, 4 in 2018. We propose to use developed programs for telemetry provision of the timely control of orbital mean insertion during the next launches from the “Vostochniy” spaceport.

Currently the development of information and Open Source technologies for the implementation of critical business functions in fields of national economy, including space industry becomes relevant. However, as experience shows there is no uniform method for the process of developing and operating the software product using Open Source technology. The aim of the article is to study classical and modern models and technologies of software analysis and design. It will help choose the optimal model for the development of the method for creating a prototype information system using Open Source technology, and also to define the design environment and the tasks of implementing the prototype of the information system. The article considers a summary table which allows to choose efficient model for developing the method of building the information system, taking into account the specifics of the free software products.

Research of radiation and radar characteristics of a growing ice cover

Remote methods of monitoring terrestrial and water objects in the microwave range, both active and passive, are widely used at present. One of such objects is the ice cover, which is associated with the development of the Arctic and the Subarctic, as well as in connection with the climate change on the planet. For this reason, knowledge of the radia- tion and scattering characteristics of the ice cover in the microwave range is an urgent task. In this paper, we describe a technique for the simultaneous measurement of the radiothermal radiation and the backscattering coefficient of the growing ice cover. The technique is that measurements are made alternately of the power of the radiothermal radiation and the power of backscattering from the medium under study, and the radiation is received on the same horn antenna. Receiving of electromagnetic radiation was carried out using a microwave radiometer on two linear polarizations: horizontal and vertical. The switching time between the active and passive measurements was 10 minutes. Measure- ments of the radar and radiative characteristics of the growing fresh ice cover at a wavelength of 2.3 cm have been performed. It is shown that the active and passive radiolocation of the investigated object carries a complementary information. Radiometric measurements show interference, which is associated with a change in the thickness of the ice cover. Active radar methods record inhomogeneities comparable to the wavelength, which was confirmed in this paper, using the example of ice cover. This method of research (simultaneous measurements of the radiation and scattering properties of the medium in the microwave range) can be used at various objects where quasistatic processes are observed, for example, when measuring vegetation, drying, freezing or moistening of the soil cover, etc.

In this work the SM-flow in conditions of limitedly rare changes in its states is considered. In the proposed asymptotic condition there is a probable distribution of a number of events coming from the SM-flow in time t. We have shown that this distribution can be multimodal.

Restoration of information on the group by the bottom layer

The question of the possibility of restoring information on the group by its bottom layer is considered. The problem is classical for mathematical modeling: restoration of missing information on the object employing part of the saved data. This problem will be solved in the class of layer-finite groups. A group is said to be layer-finite if it has a finite number of elements of every order. This concept was first introduced by S. N. Chernikov. It appeared in connection with the study of infinite locally finite p-groups in the case when the center of the group has a finite index in it. The bottom layer of the group G is the set of its prime order elements. By the bottom layer of the group, you can sometimes restore the group or judge about the properties of such a group. Among these results one can name those that completely describe the structure of the group by its bottom layer, for example: if the bottom layer of the group G consists of elements of order 2 and there are no non-unit elements of other orders in the group, then G is the elementary Abelian 2-group. V. P. Shunkov proved that if the bottom layer in an infinite layer-finite group consists of one element of order 2, then the group G is either a quasicyclic or an infinite generalized quaternion group. We will restore the information on the group by its bottom layer. This problem will be solved in the class of layer-finite groups. Group G is said to be recognizable by the bottom layer if it is uniquely recovered by the bottom layer. Group G is said to be almost recognizable over the bottom layer if there is a finite number of pairwise nonisomorphic groups with the same bottom layer as in group G. Group G is said to be unrecognizable by the bottom layer if there is an infinite number of pairwise nonisomorphic groups with the same bottom layer such as in group G. In this work conditions under which the group is recognized align the bottom layer have been established.

Robust and reliable techniques for speech-based emotion recognition

One of the crucial challenges related to the spacecraft control is the monitoring of the mental state of crew members as well as operators of the flight control centre. In most cases, visual information is not sufficient, because spacemen are trained to cope with feelings and not to express emotions explicitly. In order to identify the genuine mental state of a crew member, it is reasonable to engage the acoustic characteristics obtained from speech signals presenting voice commands during the spacecraft control and interpersonal communication. Human emotion recognition implies flexible algorithmic techniques satisfying the requirements of reliability and fast operation in real time. In this paper we consider the heuristic feature selection procedure based on the self-adaptive multi-objective genetic algorithm that allows the number of acoustic characteristics involved in the recognition process to be reduced. The effectiveness of this approach and its robustness property are revealed in experiments with various classification models. The usage of this procedure leads to a reduction of the feature space dimension by a factor of two (from 384 to approximately 180 attributes), which means decreasing the time resources spent by the recognition algorithm. Moreover, it is proposed to implement some algorithmic schemes based on collective decision making by the set of classifiers (Multilayer Perceptron, Support Vector Machine, Linear Logistic Regression) that permits the improvement of the recognition quality (by up to 10% relative improvement). The developed algorithmic schemes provide a guaranteed level of effectiveness and might be used as a reliable alternative to the random choice of a classification model. Due to the robustness property the heuristic feature selection procedure is successfully applied on the data pre-processing stage, and then the approaches realizing the collective decision making schemes are used.

SVM-based classifier ensembles design with co-operative biology inspired algorithm

The meta-heuristic called Co-Operation of Biology Related Algorithms (COBRA) is used for the automated design of a support vector machine (SVM) based classifiers ensemble. Two non-standard schemes, based on the use of the locally most effective ensemble member’s output, are used to infer the ensemble decision. The usefulness of the approach is demonstrated on four benchmark classification problems solved: two bank scoring problems (Australian and German) and two medical diagnostic problems (Breast Cancer Wisconsin and Pima Indians Diabetes). Numerical experiments showed that classifier ensembles designed by COBRA exhibit high performance and reliability for separating instances from different categories. Ensembles of SVM-based classifiers implemented in this way outperform many alternative methods on the mentioned benchmark classification problems.

Self-adjusted evolutionary algorithms based approach for automated design of fuzzy logic systems

A new approach to form a fuzzy logic system with evolutionary algorithms is introduced. Several algorithms were implemented as programs, efficiency measurements were made with and without self-adjustment. A new data representation method was developed for fuzzy rules base coding in genetic programming method by using reverse polish notation principle. The genetic algorithm was adapted to adjust linguistic variables semantics. The efficiency of developed algorithm was shown and compared to analogies on several test regression problems and real classification problems.
