This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the current state and trends in staff turnover within the Vietnamese labor market, with a particular focus on identifying the key factors driving these changes. The study examines the dynamic nature of employment patterns, employee retention rates, and the overall stability of the labor force in Vietnam, supported by a comparative analysis with similar indicators from the Russian labor market. The findings underscore the need for strategic interventions aimed at improving working conditions and employee engagement to mitigate the adverse effects of the «996» culture on workforce stability.
