Бессимптомная бактериурия у беременных: всегда ли оправдана антибиотикотерапия?

Введение. Бессимптомная бактериурия (ББУ) встречается у 2-15% беременных, однако мнения по поводу ББУ у беременных противоречивы. Материал и методы. Изучены истории родов 46-и женщин в возрасте от 18 до 43 лет, у которых при дородовом скрининге была выявлена ББУ. Проанализированы исходы беременностей, а также определена зависимость между наличием ББУ видом проводимой терапии, наличием пиелонефрита в анамнезе и развитием (обострением) пиелонефрита во время беременности.
