It should be noted that motivation is not innate; it is an acquired quality. The teacher's professionalism and mastery are the main tools that develop motivation. Achieving high motivation in the learning process is important for success in training and in future life. Motivation may not always be high, and it may depend on the student’s state (feelings), circumstances, the specific subject being studied, and the teacher’s personality. A student’s desire to learn does not depend on just one motive; it consists of a system of interconnected, complementary motives. Learning motivation is one of the important problems that characterize a child’s mental development. A student who is eager to learn will certainly have learning successes. An important aspect of the dynamics of learning motivation is characterized by its manifestation in practically all aspects of the student's activity and behavior. The lack of internal interest in learning activities leads to getting used to the loss of values and is more directed toward the provision of social interests. Many experts identify three types of needs: achievement, affiliation, and power. All of these relate to high-level needs that are achieved. Achievement is not a result but a gateway to success. Affiliation is the ability to cooperate and feel a sense of belonging and social interaction, and power is the most prioritized area of a person’s needs. Power is derived from the knowledge and life experience a person has acquired in a particular field of activity.
