Интраоперационная инфузионная терапия в периоперационном периоде

В обзоре рассматривается актуальность периоперационного мониторига основных гомеостатических показателей, таких как коллоидно-осмотическое давление, осмоляльность плазмы крови, коагуляционный потенциал крови, изменение которых во время оперативных вмешательств неизбежно, особенно у пациентов с сопутствующей патологией и пожилых больных. При этом коррекция волемических нарушений является важнейшей задачей, которая определяет исход хирургического лечения. Инфузионно-трансфузионная терапия коллоидными и кристаллоидными растворами и сопутствующая ей гемодилюция влияет на показатели гомеостаза. Для лучшего понимания патофизиологии этих процессов выполнен этот обзор литературы.

Intraoperative infusion therapy in perioperative period
In this article we consider importance supervision over the basic homeostatic indicators, such as kolloidno-osmotic pressure, osmolality plasmas of blood and intersticial spaces, an estimation coagulation the blood potential which change during operative interventions it is inevitable, especially at patients with an accompanying pathology and elderly. Thus a correction volemic infringement is the major problem which will define an outcome of surgical treatment. Infuzion-transfuzion therapy colloidal and crystalloidal solutions and accompanying it hemodilutions influences these indicators. We also have tried to define degree of this influence in the given review of articles.
