Эндовасулярный гемостаз в хирургической урологии

Представлены результаты обзора литературы по применению методов эндоваскулярного гемостаза для купирования геморрагических осложнений при урологических операциях. На основании анализа были систематизированы основные виды гемостаза и используемые эмболизирующие материалы, описана область применения методики, основные её преимущества, недостатки и осложнения. По результатам были сделаны выводы, что большинство исследователей подтверждало крайне высокую эффективность эндоваскулярного гемостаза, но в отдельных случаях отмечались летальные исходы и потребность в проведении дополнительных вмешательств.

Endovascular hemostasis in urologic surgery

The article presents the results of a review of the literature on the use of endovascular hemostasis methods for the relief of hemorrhagic complications in urological operations. Based on the analysis, the main types of hemostasis and the embolizing materials used were systematized, the scope of the technique, its main advantages, disadvantages and complications were described. According to the results, it was concluded that the majority of researchers confirmed the extremely high efficiency of endovascular hemostasis, but in some cases there were lethal outcomes and the need for additional interventions.
