В исследовании авторами, на основе правовой базы, рассмотрены условия службы отдельных категорий сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации. На примере рабочего места оператора системы охранного телевидения обращается внимание на необходимость соблюдения норм трудового права, обеспечивающих защиту здоровья сотрудников от воздействия вредных и опасных факторов рабочей среды, а также требуемое состояние безопасности на объектах охраны.

To the question of the conditions of the service operator of the security television system
In the study by the authors on the basis of the legal framework, the conditions of the service of certain categories of employees of the penal system of the Russian Federation are considered. On the example of the workplace of the operator of the security television system, attention is drawn to the need to comply with labor law standards that ensure the protection of the health of employees from the influence of harmful and dangerous factors of the working environment, as well as the required state of security at security facilities.
