Клеточная терапия осложнений инсульта и позвоночно-спинномозговой травмы

В обзоре анализируется современное состояние проблемы клеточной терапии неврологических осложнений ишемического инсульта и позвоночно-спинномозговой травмы (ПСМТ). Приводятся современные данные по использованию различных типов стволовых клеток для терапии данных тяжелых нарушений, полученные как в экспериментальных исследованиях на животных моделях, так и в результате клинических исследований. Наиболее подробно рассматривается применение мезенхимальных стволовых клеток (МСК) и нейральных стволовых/ прогениторных клеток (НСК/НПК) для терапии инсульта и ПСМТ. Обсуждаются дальнейшие перспективы развития клеточной терапии указанных заболеваний.
