Комплексная терапия сердечной недостаточности у новорожденных с врожденными пороками сердца препаратами метаболического действия

Среди заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы у детей грудного возраста врожденные пороки сердца и сосудов занимают главенствующее место. Рождение детей с врожденными пороками сердца представляет серьезную проблему в связи с риском младенческой смертности. Развитие сердечной недостаточности при врожденных пороках сердца - нередкий синдромокомплекс, требующий применения комплексной медикаментозной терапии. В ходе нашего исследования мы произвели оценку результатов применения комплексной медикаментозной терапии сердечной недостаточности у новорожденных. Нами установлено, что медикаментозная терапия у новорожденных с врожденными пороками сердца с использованием кардиометаболических средств достоверно улучшает внутрисердечную гемодинамику - происходит уменьшение размеров полостей правых отделов сердца, увеличивается фракция выброса, на ЭКГ регистрируется улучшение метаболических процессов, а также улучшается общее состояние и самочувствие ребенка. Таким образом, новорожденные с врожденными пороками сердца нуждаются не только в кардиотонической, но и в кардиотрофической терапии.

Complex therapy of heart failure in newborns with congenital heart diseases by preparations of metabolic action
Among diseases of the cardiovascular system in infants, congenital heart and vascular defects occupy a dominant place. The birth of children with congenital heart disease is a serious problem due to the risk of infant mortality. The development of heart failure in congenital heart defects is an uncommon syndrome complex that requires the use of complex drug therapy. In the course of our study, we evaluated the results of the use of complex medical therapy for heart failure in newborns. We found that drug therapy in newborns with congenital heart defects using cardiometabolic agents reliably improves intracardiac hemodynamics - the size of the right heart cavities decreases, the ejection fraction increases, the metabolic process improves, and the child's overall condition and well-being improves. Thus, newborns with congenital heart defects need not only cardiotonic but also cardiotrophic therapy.
