Introduction. At present, the relations between the countries of the world are developing more and more.Today, the need for the integration of the states is demanded by the time itself. The impossibility of achieving progress without mutually beneficial cooperation can be felt depending on the number and scale of emerging international organizations.

At the heart of any integration are certain regional, national and other important foundations. Accordingly, relations between countries with common ethnic origin, language, culture and national characteristics will develop rapidly.Efforts to strengthen fraternal relations between the Turkic peoples have been rising since the period when the countries of our region gained independence, and Uzbekistan's participation in such structures has been implemented at different rates in different periods.

The Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, which was established on October 3, 2009 at the summit of the leaders of the Turkic states in Nakhichevan, Azerbaijan, has become an extremely effective sub-regional organization in recent years. The first Turkic states were established in Ankara in

New Uzbekistan is increasingly opening up to the world as a result of the policy of our Honorable President aimed at openness, practical and constructive partnership in foreign policy. In this sense, Uzbekistan participated for the first time as a full member in the summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries held in Baku on October 15, 2019.

As the President's "New Uzbekistan Strategy" recognizes that the development of relations with Turkic countries is considered an important aspect of our country's foreign policy, it is explained that strengthening economic relations within the framework of the Council should be one of our main goals:

" Firstly. Based on the conceptual document "Turkish Worldview - 2040", which is currently being developed, taking into account the current and postpandemic situation, it is appropriate to prepare an "Economic Cooperation Strategy" specific to the member states, intended for the near and medium term.

Secondly. We believe that the Turkish Council has an opportunity to have its own Investment Fund and Development Bank in order to strengthen industrial cooperation between the member states of the Council and to implement large investment projects.

Thirdly. Increasing the transport and transit potential of our region is of strategic importance for us. It is important to reach the main markets of the world through the territory of Central Asia, including China, India, Pakistan and other Asian countries, from Azerbaijan and Turkey to European countries.

The development of transport corridors in these directions and the implementation of large logistics infrastructure projects together with the member states of the Council fully meet the interests of Uzbekistan.”

It would not be wrong to say that after Uzbekistan joined the organization, the organizational reputation, potential and importance of the Turkic countries increased and became a prestigious international organization. At the same time, further development of centuries-old, deep-rooted cultural and historical ties between the Turkic states of our membership country, in accordance with the requirements of the present time, gave a worthy impetus to the general well-being of our brotherly nations.

It should be noted that within the framework of the organization, the main goals of the organization are the development of cooperation in trade, economy, transport, energy, tourism and cultural and humanitarian spheres, coordination of efforts to ensure peace and security in the region, the implementation of joint foreign policy activities in international policy issues.

Turkic countries are located in border regions, and the development of transport and logistics systems plays a major role in their comprehensive integration.

First of all, the organization's sphere of influence covers an area of 4 million square kilometers with a population of about 200 million people - this is a large market. In addition, the transport corridors of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey provide a very effective and convenient opportunity for the export of various goods produced in the Turkic countries of the Central Asian region to the European markets.

At the summit and online meetings of the organization held in 2019-2021, the President of Uzbekistan put forward more than twenty initiatives aimed at developing multilateral cooperation within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States, which are being systematically implemented.

In particular, the International Turkish Cultural Organization TURKSOY has a project to annually declare famous and historical cities of the member states as the "Cultural Capital of the Turkic World", and in 2020 the city of Khiva was deemed worthy of this status.

One of the meetings of the Council of Businessmen was held in the form of a business forum in Tashkent. Moreover, based on the fact that more than 40% of the population of the member countries are young people, the Forum of Young

In June 2021, the 6th meeting of ministers of tourism affairs of the member states of the organization was held in the city of Ko'kan, and in 2021, Ko'kan, and in 2022, Shamakha (Azerbaijan) was declared the "tourist center of the Turkic world", and the implementation of the project "Tabarruk Ziyarat" along the holy sites was started.

Taking into account the outstanding contribution of the great Uzbek poet, thinker and statesman AlisherNavoi to the spiritualand educational life of the Turkic world, the head of our state, in order to encourage the achievements in the fields of science, education, literature, art, and social spheres, as well as the efforts to strengthen the unity of the Turkic world, within the framework of the Turkic Council, proposed to establish the International Award named after AlisherNavoi. This initiative was fully supported by the participants of the summit..International scientific conferences dedicated to the cultural heritage of Makhmud Koshghari, Yusuf Khos Khojib, Alisher Navoi, Al Khorezmi were held.

It is worth noting that in the conceptual document "Turkish World View -2040" priority is given to the direction of transport and logistics.Since increasing the transport and transit potential of our region and creating diversified corridors is of strategic importance for us, the document focuses on transport logistics along the Caspian Sea.

For this reason, the Head of our State has been actively promoting initiatives to create transcontinental and interregional multimodal transport corridors passing through our region at all summits. They put forward important proposals for the development of programs and strategies that strengthen the interdependence of the member states in the field of transport. All this is aimed at optimizing transport and transit tariffs in the future, introducing uniform tariff regimes for railway transport, digitizing customs control, in a word, making transport communication much easier and serving the welfare of the population.

In conclusion, it can be said that the next summit planned to be held in Samarkand in November this year is intended to protect the issues of green consumers, project technologies, education and culture development. The results of the summit serve to further unify the brotherly peoples and countries, to further raise the position of Uzbekistan in the world arena, and to strengthen the multilateral partnership between our countries.
