Для комплексного управления прибрежными зонами (КУПЗ) российского сектора Черного моря недостаточно установлены правовые и организационные основы взаимодействия между наукой и политикой. Поддержание баланса между человеческими интересами и благополучием природных экосистем в регионе остается слабым. Несомненно, без КУПЗ состояние побережья и прибрежных вод будет ухудшаться, как это ранее наблюдалось в 1970-1990 гг.

Disadvantages of the modern integrated management system of the Black Sea Russian sector coastal zone
The legal and organizational principles for interaction between science and policy are not sufficient for the successful integrated management of the coastal zone (ICZM) of the Russian Black Sea sector. The maintenance of a balance between human and natural ecosystems interests the in the region is weak. Undoubtedly, the state of the coast and coastal waters without modification of ICZM will deteriorate. Formerly it was observed in 1970-1990.
