Немедленная последовательная двусторонняя хирургия катаракты: за и против

В обзоре представлены основные аргументы за и против проведения немедленной последовательной двусторонней хирургии катаракты (НПДХК) в сравнении с выполнением отсроченной последовательной двусторонней хирургией катаракты (ОПДХК). Основным аргументом против проведения НПДХК в сравнении с ОПДХК является вероятность возникновения после операции двустороннего эндофтальмита и нарушений рефракции. В то же время тщательный отбор пациентов, выполнение рекомендаций по безопасности и применение антибиотиков для внутрикамерного введения в сочетании с совершенствованием формул расчета интраокулярных линз обеспечивают преимущества НПДХК, связанные с быстрой реабилитацией пациентов после операции и экономическими причинами.
