Организация работы по выполнению групповых заданий в высшей школе

В статье рассмотрены проблемы организации групповой работы в высшей школе. Дан обзор исследований, посвященных теме организации командной работы и ее важности. Проблема рассмотрена со стороны сторонников групповых заданий в университете и ее противников, а также со стороны студентов и преподавателей. Практическая часть исследования основана на интервью тех студентов, которые считают, что лично у них возникают сложности при выполнении таких заданий. Представлены основные проблемы, озвученные студентами в ходе этих интервью. Предложены некоторые возможные варианты решения основных сложностей, возникающих в процессе работы. В данной статье представлены первые результаты исследования, которое, несомненно, должно быть продолжено.
