Крым – уникальный уголок земли, чья красота и разнообразие пленяет с первого взгляда. На протяжении веков здесь сменялись цивилизации, каждая из которых оставляла свой след в виде бесценных артефактов – от простых предметов обихода до величественных крепостей, древних поселений и сакральных мест. Данная работа посвящена комплексному анализу ситуации на полуострове, обладающем богатым историческим и культурным наследием. Всесторонне исследуются актуальные вопросы международного права, возникшие в связи с изменением его государственного статуса, а также влияние этого события и введенных экономических санкций на социально-экономическое развитие региона, включая туристическую отрасль. Сложившееся культурно-историческое наследие и культурное многообразие Крыма формируют благоприятную среду для развития и совершенствования туристской отрасли в условиях произошедших социально-экономических изменений. Полуостров, некогда утративший свою привлекательность, возвращается в число популярных туристических направлений. После долгих лет застоя ведется активное строительство и модернизация отелей, чтобы соответствовать растущему спросу и раскрыть туристический потенциал региона. В настоящее время Крым рассматривается как перспективный объект туристского интереса для граждан Российской Федерации и обладает, по мнению авторов, потенциалом для формирования статуса одного из ведущих культурных центров южного региона. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны исследователям, предпринимателям, преподавателям и студентам, а также всем, кто интересуется актуальными вопросами современного международного права, последствиями санкционного давления на экономику и туризм в эпоху постправды и институционализации неоглобального мира.

Prospects for the development of Crimea and international law issues in the era of post-global reformations
Crimea is a unique corner of the earth, and its beauty and diversity captivate at first sight. Over the centuries, civilizations have changed here, each of which has left its mark in the form of priceless artifacts – from simple household items to majestic fortresses, ancient settlements and sacred sites. This paper is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the situation on this peninsula which has a rich historical and cultural heritage. It contains a detailed analysis of international law issues that have arisen due to the change of the state status of Crimea, as well as the impact of this event and economic sanctions on the socio- economic development of the region, including the tourism industry. The study provides an in-depth analysis of the international legal conflicts arising from the transformation of the state’s status, and assesses the cumulative impact of this precedent and the economic restrictions imposed on the socio- economic landscape of the region, including its tourism sector, during the formation of the neo-global paradigm. With its rich cultural and historical heritage and diverse landscapes, Crimea is experiencing a revival of its tourism industry, driven by the socio- economic changes that have taken place. The peninsula, which once lost its appeal, is once again becoming a sought- after destination. Large-scale construction and renovation of hotels demonstrate the desire to meet the growing tourist flow and make the most of the region’s natural and cultural resources. Currently, Crimea is considered a promising tourist destination for citizens of the Russian Federation and has the potential, according to the authors, to become one of the leading cultural centers in the Southern Federal District southern region. The data obtained during the study are of significant interest to scientific professionals, business representatives, faculty members, and students, as well as to anyone whose activities or interests are related to current aspects of international law, the impact of the sanctions regime on the economic sphere, and the tourism industry in the era of post-truth and the institutionalization of the neo-global world.
