Актуальность: ежегодно в статистике органов прокуратуры наблюдается устойчивый рост нарушений закона со стороны следователей и дознавателей при производстве следственных действий, в которых выделяются нарушения нравственных начал; их автор относит к высоколатентным. С целью недопущения нарушения закона предлагается ряд рекомендаций для реализации нравственного принципа при производстве следственных действий.

Relevance. Every year, in the statistics of the prosecutor's office, there is a steady increase in violations of the law by investigators and interrogators in the course of investigative actions, in which violations of moral principles are highlighted, which the author considers to be highly latent. In order to prevent violation of the law, a number of recommendations are proposed for the implementation of the moral principle in the production of investigative actions. Object.
