Психопатологические особенности соматизированной депрессии в зависимости от типа течения аффективного заболевания

Обследовано 129 стационарных пациентов с расстройствами аффективного спектра, клиническая картина которых кроме аффективного компонента включала множественные соматизированные симптомы. Клиническое изучение пациентов, дополненное применением шкалы BSDS, позволило выделить 3 клинических группы: рекуррентной депрессии (РД), вероятностно биполярной депрессии (ВБД), биполярной депрессии (БД). Установлена зависимость клинических характеристик соматизированных депрессий от типа течения аффективного заболевания в рамках оппозиционных вариантов - рекуррентно-депрессивного (РД) и отчетливо биполярного (БД).

Psychopathological peculiarities of somatisation depression, depending on the type of the course of affective disorder
129 inpatients with affective spectrum disorders, whose clinical picture included besides affective component, also multiple somatization symptoms, have been examined. Clinical study supplemented with use of BSDS scale made it possible to distinguish three clinical groups: recurrent depression (RD), probably bipolar depression (PBD) and distinctly bipolar depression (BD). The dependence of clinical characteristics of depression with somatization on the type of course of affective disease within oppositional versions - recurrent depression (RD) and distinctly bipolar depression (BD) has been shown.
