Целью данного исследования является разработка моделей и методов принятия управленческих решений на основе прогнозирования фактора промышленного производства. К задачам данного исследования относятся: определение параметров развития фактора промышленного производства для конкурентоспособности территорий, разработка модели развития фактора промышленного производства с использованием экспертных оценок, исследование анализа чувствительности данного фактора к эффективности инвестиционных проектов для дальнейшей разработки ПО с применением технологии BIG DATA. К практическим результатам можно отнести повышение качества и своевременности принятия решений по управлению территориями на основе модели управления фактором промышленного производства в модели конкурентоспособности.

Development of an industrial production model with sensitivity analysis of parameters

The purpose of this study is to develop models and methods for making management decisions based on forecasting industrial production factors. The objectives of this study include: determining the parameters for the development of the industrial production factor for the competitiveness of territories, developing a model for the development of the industrial production factor using expert assessments, studying the analysis of the sensitivity of this factor to the effectiveness of investment projects for further software development using BIG DATA technology. Practical results include improving the quality and timeliness of decision-making on territory management based on the model of industrial production factor management in the competitiveness model.
